With meticulously designed interiors boasting plush bedrooms, living and dining area and a kitchen, the Executive Suite is a larger with an amazing amount of space. At 1,020 sq.ft., it is perfect forfamilies who prefer more space with rooms to fit the needs of holiday-makers or business travellers who prefer living and sleeping quarters separated to ensure the needed privacy. Filled with natural light, it has separate living and dining areas with an equipped kitchen for the added convenience, two rooms and two bathrooms for added privacy.

• Check-in: 3.00PM (15:00). For early check-ins, a pre-blocking of room is required for a confirmed early check-in, chargeable at 1 night’s charge.
• Check-out: 12.00 NOON (12:00) For late check-outs at 6 pm, it will be chargeable at half day rate. For check-outs after 6 pm, 1 full day charge applies. Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. Please also have your confirmation number and the card charged during the booking process with you upon check-in.
• Cancellation Policy: All other reservations can be cancelled or changed up to 6pm (18:00) the day prior to arrival. No-shows, cancellations or changes made after this time will result in a charge for the first night’s stay to the card provided.
• Pet Policy: The Hotel maintains a strict no-pets policy on its premises.
• Payment: Starting 1 Jan 2023, room rates are subject to Tourism Tax (TTx) at RM10nett per room per night to be paid upon check in. Applicable to only Non-Malaysians (foreigner passport holders with a valid KL work permit and Permanent Residents are exempted).
• Guarantee Policy: Reservations, including those made on a corporate account, must be guaranteed by a major credit card at the time of booking. Rooms will be held all night for arrival.
• Smoking Policy: Hotel enforces a no smoking policy in all guestrooms and enclosed public areas. A cleaning fee of RM500 will be imposed upon smoking activity detected in guestrooms. Candle, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) are also prohibited as well. Guests are encouraged to notify Front Desk staff immediately if they smell cigarette or other objectionable odours.
